Since a dropper post doesn’t compress as often as the fork or shock it has a longer service life. Service is recommended every 150-200 hrs of ride time.

Disassembly of the dropper post
Cleaning of each component
The install of new seals and or cartridge.
Reassembly with fresh grease and proper torque
